Frazer Oliver loves rock music. Frazer sees a link between the rhythm of his guitar and mathematics. He observes “You have a certain number of beats per bar and like mathematics, there are endless combinations.” Alongside starring as the lead guitarist in his metal band, for the past two years, Frazer has honed his engineering skills at Engineering Elements. After graduating from Swinburne University, Frazer found part-time work experience with a small engineering consultancy, engaging in residential, commercial and institutional work. In 2013 joined FMG Engineering as a graduate engineer, working on high-end residential projects, as well as volume housing. Now as a Structural/Civil Design Engineer with Engineering Elements Frazer is back to working on a number of residential commercial and institutional projects, for a variety of architects, builders and developers. Reporting to our Senior Structural Engineers, Frazer is responsible for assisting to deliver quality design solutions in the Structural Engineering field, with attention to structural design and documentation principles.
