What we collect
When you use the project enquiry form, Engineering Elements Pty Ltd collects the name, company, work email, optional phone number, selected service and project summary you provide.
Why we collect it
We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about the potential project and maintain appropriate business correspondence.
How it is handled
Your submission is delivered through our website and email service providers to the nominated Engineering Elements mailbox. To limit repeat submissions, the website stores a hashed version of your email address and a temporary expiry time, rather than your enquiry content. Expired limit records are removed when subsequent enquiries are processed. Those providers may process information outside Australia. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form.
Disclosure and retention
Enquiry information is available only to Engineering Elements personnel and service providers who need it to deliver and respond to the enquiry, unless disclosure is required by law. Business correspondence is retained only for as long as needed for business, legal and record-keeping purposes.
